I am quite sure I was sent the correct bulb; but for some reason, as soon as I turn on the overhead projector, the projector lamp becomes incredibly hot. It would severely burn my fingers if left on the the lamp for more than 5 seconds. Our church "teckie" is working on it. As far as quick and efficient service, Bulb America was incredibly good. I gave up on looking for these bulbs long ago. On a whim, I did a search, and found them here! They were in stock, and reasonably priced. I ordered on line, and received the bulbs a couple days later. I even received a phone call about the order, to make sure the shipping address was correct.Feature Quality Value Overall
